Clean and maintain guest rooms, offices, or living areas

Dust furniture, shelves, and fixtures

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Change bed linens and make beds

Replace towels, amenities, and supplies

Clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors)

Empty trash bins and replace liners

Organize and tidy up all assigned areas

Report damaged items or maintenance needs

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Deep Cleaning Duties

Scrub floors and grout

Clean behind and under furniture

Wash walls, doors, and high-touch surfaces

Clean windows, blinds, and curtains

Shampoo carpets or polish floors

Disinfect high-use areas

Laundry Duties

Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens

Organize and store clean laundry

Treat stains and sort laundry by fabric type

Inventory & Supplies

Check stock levels of cleaning materials and amenities

Report when supplies need to be ordered

Customer Service (if in hotel or office)

Greet guests politely

Handle requests quickly and professionally

Ensure rooms are prepared to company standards
