Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee. Create beautiful latte art to enhance the presentation of our beverages.

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Operate coffee machines and equipment with care.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Engage with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
