Fire & Safety Engineer (Saudi Arabia)
We are seeking a Fire & Safety Engineer with a Bachelor’s in Safety Engineering to ensure compliance with Saudi Civil Defense and Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements.
Key Activities / Duties:
Conduct fire risk assessments and safety inspections.
Review fire-protection system designs (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers).
Monitor installation, testing, and maintenance of fire-safety systems.
Verify compliance with SBC, Civil Defense, and NFPA standards.
Prepare emergency response and evacuation plans.
Lead fire drills, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions.
Report hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow up closure.
Coordinate with contractors and authorities for approvals and inspections.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Safety Engineering or Fire Protection Engineering.
2–5 years experience in fire & safety.
Knowledge of SBC, Civil Defense codes, and NFPA standards.
Good communication and reporting skills.
