The Ideal Candidate:
Female national from Morocco, Lebanon, or Turkey.
Fluent in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, sales, or account management is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Your Role Will Involve:
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
