Job Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based and non-coffee beverages according to SPARK Café standards

• Take customer orders accurately and deliver friendly, quick service

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, workstations

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Serve beverages and food items efficiently

• Handle POS transactions and cash with accuracy

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness guidelines are always followed

• Report any issues with equipment or supplies to the supervisor

• Support colleagues during rush hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant (preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage busy periods

• Basic knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation

• Positive attitude, good grooming, and reliability

• Flexibility to work morning/evening/weekend shifts

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

– Able to attend to any of our locations when required
