We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Mixing Supervisor to oversee all paint mixing and color matching activities in a production environment.

???? Location:

Workshop/Site in Bahrain

✨ The Role:

You will be responsible for supervising the mixing team, ensuring all paint formulations, color matching, and finishes meet high project standards and specifications. This includes both manual and machine-based (Disperser) operations.

???? Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in paint mixing and finishing within a wooden products manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Strong

knowledge of paint formulations, pigments, and color matching techniques. Skilled in blending NC, PU, Water-Based, and UV paints. Hands-on experience with Disperser, spray guns, and related equipment is required.

Academics: Diploma/Technical Certification in Paint Technology or related field (Secondary education with relevant technical training may be considered).

Soft Skills: Proven leadership ability, high attention to detail, commitment to safety, and effective communication skills.

???? Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: BD 250 – 350

Benefits: Housing allowance, mobile allowance, health insurance, and 30 days paid annual leave (as per company policy).
