Packaging products: Sorting, weighing, and placing food products into containers, boxes, or pouches.

Sealing and labeling: Sealing containers to ensure product integrity and accurately labeling them with information such as product name, weight, and expiry dates.

Quality control: Inspecting food for defects or contamination before and during the packing process, and pulling defective items from the line.

Machine operation: Operating and monitoring packaging machinery, keeping machines supplied with materials, and reporting any faults.

Workspace maintenance: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe, while adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Additional duties

Inventory and logistics: Moving packaged goods to storage areas, stacking them for efficient loading, and using equipment like pallet jacks.

Production efficiency: Maintaining the pace of the assembly line to meet production quotas and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Material management: Stocking the workstation with necessary packaging materials like boxes, labels, and other supplies.
