???? Position Overview

We are urgently seeking a Commissioning Engineer with a strong MEP background to join our prestigious hotel project in Makkah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commissioning mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a preference for candidates who have worked on large-scale hotel or hospitality projects.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commissioning process for all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.)

• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in alignment with project requirements.

• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.

• Conduct inspections, functional performance tests, and validation of installed equipment.

• Prepare detailed commissioning reports, documentation, and handover packages.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, international standards, and project specifications.

• Provide technical support during project execution and resolve commissioning-related issues.

• Train facility management staff on system operations and maintenance.

???? Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in MEP commissioning.

• Hotel or hospitality project experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of international standards and Saudi building codes.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Previous experience in Makkah or other high-profile projects in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
