3 months extendable contract

10 hrs duty

Should have valid IQAMA

Work location: Diriyah

Job Description – Draftsman (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical – Roads & Infrastructure)

Position: Draftsman (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years Gulf experience

Industry: Roads, Bridges, Infrastructure, Utilities, BIM

Role Summary

The Draftsman will prepare detailed drawings for civil, mechanical, or electrical works related to

roads and infrastructure projects. The candidate must be proficient in BIM environments and

capable of producing accurate and coordinated technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed design layouts.

• Work closely with engineers to interpret sketches, IFC drawings, and specifications.

• Update BIM models and perform clash checks as directed.

• Ensure drawings comply with project and authority standards.

• Maintain proper document control and file management.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• AutoCAD (expert level)

• Civil 3D / AutoCAD MEP / AutoCAD Electrical (as per discipline)

• Revit (Civil/MEP/Electrical as applicable)

• Navisworks for clash detection (basic knowledge)

• Experience with BIM 360 is preferred

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Drafting

• Minimum 5+ years Gulf experience in roads/infrastructure drafting

• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Should have valid IQAMA and freelancer OWN visa
