– Assisting, supporting, and supervising employees and workers
– Arranging meetings and scheduling appointments, especially meeting dates
– Preparing the daily mail, including letters, notes, administrative documents, and reports
– Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients
– Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization
– Maintain office procedures and policies
– Scheduling travel dates and preparing all related procedures such as booking tickets etc…
– Preparing reports, outlines, and handling the presentations
– Able to provide minor repairs to equipment in case of its breakdown
– Follows up with the machinery and equipment companies signed contracts and our company
– Organizing and arranging the files of all employees and workers in the company
– Solve long-term tasks
– Track and list expenses and report it to officials.
– Writing and modifying documents
