• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty items
• Maintain consistency and quality in all products
• Assist in menu development and new recipe creation
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies

• Experience working in a bakery or pastry kitchen (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and tools
• Creativity, dedication, and a passion for baking
• Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with attention to detail
