???? Job Overview:
Administrative Business Pattern is seeking a Customer Success & Development Platforms Operations Specialist in Riyadh. This role involves operating the platforms (inputting surveys, extracting reports, preparing presentations) while simultaneously acting as the primary interface with clients (visits, meetings, and presenting results).
???? Key Responsibilities:
First: Platform Operations & Data
Input and configure surveys on development platforms in both Arabic and English according to approved models.
Review questions and answer options to ensure they are free of errors before launch.
Launch surveys for clients and monitor participation status in coordination with their coordinators.
Extract reports and results from systems, reviewing them to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Second: Reports & Presentations
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for project results (primarily in Arabic, with the ability to add English slides when needed).
Format tables and charts, and write clear summaries of key results, strengths, and opportunities for improvement in coordination with company management.
Third: Client Relations & Visits
Attend introductory meetings with clients to understand their measurement and development needs.
Follow up with clients during the project period and maintain continuous communication with their coordinators to increase participation rates.
Present proposals and measurement results to management and leadership teams, explaining indicators, charts, and project outputs with confidence and clarity.
Manage discussions during meetings, record notes and recommendations, and propose next steps after each project.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in: Management, Human Resources, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or any relevant administrative/technical field.
Professional proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken).
Good level of English sufficient for entering surveys, reading administrative terminology, and preparing/editing slides in English when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must own a car with a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel for client visits and meetings within or outside the city when needed.
Must be Single, able to work full-time, and commit to relatively flexible working hours based on meeting and project schedules.
Strong and tactful personality, with a good professional presence and confidence in speaking and presenting to leadership.
Passion for management and organizational development with high professional ambition.
Strong organizational, operational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients.
???? Training & Onboarding Period:
The accepted candidate will be granted an intensive two-week onboarding and training period to learn the company’s development platforms, survey entry and operation methods, report extraction, and the mechanism for preparing presentations and presenting results, prior to assuming full responsibility for project management.
