التقدم الى Manual Lathe Machinist – Oil Field Service in Dammam

We are seeking experienced Manual Lathe Machinists for oilfield equipment manufacturing and maintenance. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in precision machining of heavy components used in drilling and tubular operations.

Key Duties:

Operate manual center lathes for precision turning, facing, boring, and threading.

Machine components as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Perform API-related turning and threading operations (API Spec 7-1 & 5CT connections) on manual lathe when required.

Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, vernier calipers, thread gauges, dial indicators) to verify tolerances.

Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish quality, and compliance with oilfield specifications.

Maintain machines, cutting tools, and follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.

Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of manual machines to ensure consistent output.

Requirements:

2–3 years minimum experience operating manual lathes (oil & gas machining is mandatory).

Strong experience in:

Turning, facing, threading (API & standard)

Boring and internal machining

Blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation

Knowledge of API 7-1 / API 5CT thread forms and oilfield components (mandatory).

Ability to work with tight tolerances and maintain high-quality output.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
