Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction field projects

Piping Supervisor – Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate piping construction activities at the site

* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, standards, and specifications

* Monitor daily progress and report to construction management

* Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety compliance among the workforce

* Coordinate material availability, manpower allocation, and equipment requirements

* Resolve technical issues related to piping installation

* Ensure quality control and inspection readiness for piping systems

Piping Foreman – Responsibilities

* Lead and direct piping crews for installation and fabrication tasks

* Review drawings and ensure correct execution of work at the site

* Monitor productivity and ensure tasks are completed within schedule

* Report site issues, delays, and requirements to the Supervisor/Engineer

* Ensure work is performed safely and complies with company HSE guidelines

* Coordinate daily work activities and manpower distribution

Fabrication Foreman – Responsibilities

* Supervise fabrication activities for spools, supports, and structural items

* Ensure fabricated items meet dimensional accuracy and quality standards

* Plan and allocate tasks to fabricators and welders

* Coordinate with QC inspectors for fit-up and welding inspections

* Maintain fabrication progress reports and ensure timely delivery to site

* Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper housekeeping in the fabrication area

Project Manager – Responsibilities

* Oversee complete project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

* Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

* Lead project teams and maintain strong coordination across disciplines

* Review technical documents, permits, and project specifications

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

* Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure timely completion
