Cleaning Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of cleaners for the disinfection and cleaning services division

2. Prepare daily operation plan, deployment and monitoring on site

3. Acquiring customer feedback report after job completion

4. Create training manual and conduct regular training programs for existing team members and new recruits

5. Work different shifts including evenings and weekends according to customer preference

6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly detailed reports and maintain records

7. Approach new customers’ daily

8. Manage sales target

9. Capture quality pictures and videos of all jobs for reports, social media and other marketing initiatives

10. Drive growth in the division

Qualifications:

– Should have minimum 5 years’ work experience in disinfection and cleaning services

– GCC experience is a plus

– Should have great communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) & Hindi (speaking). Other Languages will be an added advantage, especially Arabic.

– Should be a graduate (Any Degree)

– Courses in hospitality, cleaning or any related industry will be an added advantage

– Young and energetic – not older than 40 years

– Computer literate; with all MS office

– Holding a valid Driving license will be an added advantage

Salary: 300-400BHD (negotiable)
