1. Job Description – Civil Engineer (Roads, Bridges & Infrastructure)

Position: Civil Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5+ years Gulf experience

Industry: Roads, Highways, Bridges, Infrastructure

Location: KSA

Role Summary

The Civil Engineer will oversee, supervise, and coordinate civil works related to roads, bridges,

and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong experience in site execution, design review,

quality control, and BIM-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities for roads, highways, and bridge structures.

• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project

compliance.

• Perform site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

• Support BIM integration for project planning, design coordination, and progress tracking.

• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• AutoCAD Civil 3D (advanced)

• Autodesk Revit (preferred)

• Navisworks Manage / BIM 360

• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

• Basic GIS knowledge is an advantage

• Strong understanding of road design standards (AASHTO, MOT, Ashghal specs)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5+ years Gulf experience in roads, bridges, or infrastructure

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Valid GCC driving license preferred

Should have valid IQAMA and freelancer OWN visa

3 months extendable contract

10 hrs duty
