Urgent Requirement – Quantity Surveyor – Electrical

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in electrical construction projects.

• Experience in power plant electrical projects is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.

• Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, or similar.

• Ability to prepare bills of quantities, progress reports, and project cost analysis.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts.

• Monitor project costs, valuations, and budget compliance.

• Liaise with contractors, clients, and project teams on cost-related matters.

• Assist in procurement and commercial management of projects.
