Position: Supply Chain & Operations Executive

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Industry: Perfume / Cosmetics / Chemical (preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain & Operations Professional with experience in warehouse management, factory production coordination, and ERP/WMS systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth flow of materials, efficient warehouse operations, and timely production planning while maintaining high accuracy in inventory and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement follow-ups, inbound materials, stock flow, and distribution.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply to production and sales departments.

Work closely with vendors, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Warehouse Management:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching items.

Ensure proper handling and storage of perfume, chemical, or sensitive materials.

Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/WMS system.

Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

Factory Production Coordination:

Assist in preparing production plans based on sales forecasts and stock requirements.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and components for production.

Coordinate with production supervisors to monitor production progress and resolve material shortages.

Track batch-wise production output and update ERP with correct data.

ERP/WMS Management:

Update and maintain all supply chain, warehouse, and production entries in ERP or WMS.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the system.

Identify system discrepancies and coordinate with IT or supervisors for resolution.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and accurate digital documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or production coordination.

Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with high accuracy in data and documentation.

Knowledge of perfume, cosmetics, or chemical industry is an advantage.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Based in Makkah or willing to relocate.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environments.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
