Position: Inventory Controller / Inventory Specialist / Inventory Supervisor

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in perfume, cosmetics, or chemical-related products are strongly preferred.

Job Overview:

We are seeking qualified and experienced Inventory Professionals to manage, monitor, and optimize inventory operations across our warehouses. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with inventory systems, and a solid background in handling perfume, chemical, or related products.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials.

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure real-time updates in the inventory management system.

Conduct periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure proper handling and storage of perfume, chemical, or sensitive materials as per safety and quality guidelines.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to avoid shortages or overstock.

Prepare inventory reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Implement inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.

Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics departments for smooth operational flow.

Supervise warehouse staff (for supervisory-level roles) and ensure efficient workflow.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma holders with strong experience will also be considered.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in perfume, cosmetics, or chemical industries.

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and ERP systems.

Good communication, numerical accuracy, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Supervisory experience is an advantage for higher-level roles.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Based in Makkah or willing to relocate for immediate joining.

Experience with handling flammable, chemical, or fragrance-related materials.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in documentation.
