A leading Oil & Gas Trading & Fabrication Company, with 23 years of strong presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and branches in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, India, and the UK, is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Customer & Supplier Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team.
???? Position: Customer & Supplier Relationship Manager
???? Location: KSA
???? Industry: Oil & Gas / Trading / Fabrication
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and suppliers
Coordinate inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients and vendors
Resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
Work closely with sales, sourcing, logistics, and accounts teams
Support new vendor registration and compliance procedures
Monitor supplier performance and negotiate pricing/terms
Prepare periodic reports and updates for management
???? Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5–7 years experience in Customer/Supplier Relations, preferably in Oil & Gas
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
