Plumber:
The Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems within the facility. This includes water supply, drainage, sewage, and fixtures. The role ensures systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with health, safety, and plumbing regulations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; preferably a technical certificate in plumbing or pipe fitting.
• A valid plumber’s license or certificate as required by SCE local authorities.
• At least [3–5] years of experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in commercial or institutional facilities.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools and safety procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and solve plumbing problems efficiently.
