Job Title: Production Engineer/Workshop Supervisor Job Purpose: To be the mastermind behind our production operations. You will be responsible for transforming customer specifications and designs into finished products characterized by quality and precision, while leading the production team towards achieving the highest standards of efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the production team (3 workers) and delegate daily tasks. • Directly supervise the quality of manufacturing and installation from start to finish. • Review and verify drawings and specifications before manufacturing begins. • Organize the production line to ensure optimal use of time and materials. • Resolve technical issues as they arise during manufacturing. • Adhere to quality and safety standards in the workplace. • Submit daily reports on work progress and production. Qualifications and Skills: • Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Production) or specialized technical diploma. • Ability to read shop and technical drawings. • Previous experience in the aluminum or UPVC industry (an advantage). • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure. • Initiative and responsibility. ‎
