I have requirement for Garage Supervisor and sale to take care the operation of our garage, as services for repairs automobiles and machinery.

The role involves are administrative, Sale and technical supervision of mechanics and helpers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct mechanical technician in repair/reconditioning of vehicles.

• Follow up with customers and reminder, sale the services.

• Prepare work orders, cost estimates, and repair reports

• Inspect ongoing work and provide technical guidance

• Train mechanical technician in repair and maintenance methods

• Manage spare parts inventory and requisitions

• Evaluate staff performance and ensure safety standards

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in automobile repair, supervisory experience with valid driving license.

• Strong knowledge of shop methods, tools, and internal combustion engines

• Ability to plan, supervise, estimate costs, and maintain records

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
