التقدم الى Finishing Supervisor in Manama

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finishing Supervisor to oversee and manage all finishing activities on our Villas and High-Rise Building projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to coordinate multiple finishing trades to ensure high-quality workmanship within project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise day-to-day finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum works, carpentry, waterproofing, false ceilings, doors, windows, and other related works.

Ensure all finishing works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and workmanship, ensuring timely rectification of defects or non-compliance.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Project Coordination

Work closely with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, QA/QC team, and other departments to plan and implement finishing schedules.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work progress, challenges, and resource requirements.

Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted project execution.

Review and verify finishing materials delivered to site for quality and compliance with project specifications.

Quality & Safety

Maintain strict adherence to company quality standards during all finishing activities.

Identify and resolve quality issues promptly through corrective measures.

Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Documentation & Communication

Document finishing activities, snag lists, material usage, and site issues accurately.

Prepare and follow up on snagging and de-snagging tasks until final completion/handover.

Communicate effectively with workers and technical teams in English and Hindi.

Minimum Requirements

Age: 30–35 years

Nationality: Indian

Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor in Villas or High-Rise Building Projects.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Languages: Strong command of English and Hindi (Speaking & Written).

Strong understanding of construction finishing materials, methods, and standards.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of drawings and finishing specifications.

Ability to manage multi-trade finishing teams.

Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic site management tools.
