We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Manager to oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) aspects of our new projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain safe working conditions, and promote a strong safety culture across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific safety plans and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and prepare reports.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and teams to maintain safe operations.
Maintain safety documentation and records.
