Job Overview

We are a fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding company in Saudi Arabia, providing end-to-end solutions in air, sea, and land freight. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Coordinator (Medium Level) who understands the freight and logistics market, can support revenue growth, and handle client coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for the logistics and freight market to meet revenue and profitability targets

Build and analyze freight rates to secure the most competitive pricing in the market

Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments within the logistics sector

Support marketing initiatives to promote logistics solutions and services

Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the General Manager

Maintain accurate records of quotes, pricing, sales performance, and client activities

Support Account Executives with quotations and sales data

Track progress against sales targets and report results

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Follow up on shipments and keep clients updated on cargo status

Promote the company’s logistics services (air, sea & land freight, warehousing, clearance, etc.)

Preferred background:

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics companies, shipping lines, cargo handling, or supply chain services.
