Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
???? Position: BMS Technician
Job Description:
Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS).
Monitor all HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and safety systems through BMS.
Perform routine inspections, system checks, and preventive maintenance.
Diagnose system faults and ensure proper functioning of connected equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective actions and system updates.
Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Strong knowledge of BMS system operation and controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role.
Salary Range: SAR 2,500 – 3,000
Other benefits as per Saudi Labor Law.
