Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the instrument calibration market.

• Saudi Experience Preferred.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners, and decision-makers.

• Analyze customer needs and feedback to shape product/service offerings.

• Develop and implement effective sales plans, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Collaborate with the technical team to develop accurate and compelling calibration service proposals.

• Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

• Prepare regular sales reports, detailing performance metrics, market trends, and upcoming opportunities.

• Work closely with technical, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualification:

DiplomaBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales leadership and business development, preferably in the instrument calibration or related industry.

Strong understanding of technical aspects of instrument calibration services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Continuous improvement mindset
