Looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Job Responsibilities
1. Greet, attend to, and enquire with walk-in clients in a professional manner.
2. Prepare and issue quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Assist in the invoicing process by providing the necessary supporting documents.
4. Manage, handle, and follow up on client communications received through the company phone smoothly and efficiently.
5. Duties include filing, data entry, and documentation.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses to clients.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in administrative or related roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle client interactions professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Organized, responsible, and attentive to details.
