Looking for an Accountant to join our team. Please carefully read the following responsibilities and qualification criteria mentioned.
Job Responsibilities
1. Handle all accounting-related tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and VAT filing.
2. Prepare and issue quotations and follow up with clients to close deals.
3. Perform payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
4. Occasionally attend to walk-in clients as part of sales support.
5. Manage and respond to client enquiries through the company phone promptly. (You will receive assistance from other employees, but you must ensure no client is ignored and all follow-ups are completed on time.)
6. Maintain accurate, timely financial records and ensure smooth coordination with management on accounting matters.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Tally/ERP/Prime is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good speed, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities responsibly.
