Draftsman · Create detailed technical drawings, diagrams, and plans for MEP systems using AutoCAD software.
· Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand MEP system requirements and project specifications.
· Interpret and incorporate design concepts, sketches, and specifications into MEP technical drawings.
· Coordinate with the MEP design team to ensure accurate representation of MEP systems in the drawings.
· Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the drafting process.
· Create and modify design layouts, sections, and elevations for MEP systems based on project needs.
· Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders and field observations.
· Maintain accurate and organized drawing files, documentation, and records.
· Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in MEP drafting, AutoCAD, and Revit.
· Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations related to MEP systems.
متطلبات الوظيفة

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software with a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP drafting.
• Familiarity with Revit software for MEP drafting is a plus
• Experience or proficiency in creating MEP models and drawings using Revit will be highly valued.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Proficiency in interpreting MEP design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free MEP drawings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards for MEP systems.
• Degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering, or a related field is preferred.
