HR Coordinator – Assist with the recruitment process, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Coordinate training and development activities for employees, including scheduling and logistics.
– Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
– Provide support for employee relations initiatives, such as disciplinary actions or conflict resolution.
– Check employees’ documents for accuracy and completeness, maintain an effective employee record management, and prepare periodic standardized reports.
– Assist with new-employee orientations
– Support HR Manager with processing organizational exits and termination
– Responsible for the medical insurance policy for all employees
– Execute and co-ordinate with responsible person for deletion of separated employees from human resources system, like medical, GOSI.
– Follow up on daily attendance, late arrivals, absence, etc. and assist employees in respecting attendance policy.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Saudi National Candidate required
