We are seeking an experienced General Manager for 4 star Hotel Situated in Manama. The ideal Candidate will have 5 to 10 years experience in the Hotel Industry. The Ideal Candidate will have an Extensive record operating within GCC and Middle Eastern Territories.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Operations Management :Overseeing day to day Operations across all Departments.
2.Financial Management : Developing and Managing the Hotel’s budget, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue to achieve profitability.
3.Leadership : Ability to motivate and inspire staff, delegate tasks effectively, and make Sound decisions.
4.Strategic Planning : Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction and enhance the hotel’s overall performance.
5.Compliance : Ensuring the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
6. Relationship Management : Building and Maintaining positive relationships with guest and vendors. Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event / conference planners etc.
7. Problem solving : Addressing and resolving any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
8. Property Maintenance : Overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel’s facilities and equipment.
