Transportation coordinator – Coordinate and organize shipping and delivery schedules
– Track shipments to ensure timely a arrival
– Prepare and provide necessary shipping documents and certifications
– Communicate with drivers, transportation companies, and customers to resolve any issues or delays
– Manage and update records of shipments and logistical operations
– Ensure compliance with transportation and shipping regulations and laws
– Monitor shipping costs and work to improve efficiency and reduce expenses
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Previous experience in transportation or logistics
- Strong organizational and administrative skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and software
