Customer Service Specialist – We need your help to find a suitable employee for Customer Servies.

The Main Tasks will be :
– Answering Customer Calls and emails 24 hours should be available anytime.
– Analyzing customer data and preparing periodic reports on customer service performance with
recommendations for improvement.
– Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate.
– Reaching out to new clients and keep good communications.
– Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintaining ongoing communication with
them to provide necessary support.
– Providing support and assistance to customers in using products or services, and guiding them in case
of any issues.

• Speak Arabic and English well
• Good skills in Microsoft Office ( Excel and power point specially )
