we are looking for Welder

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Lay pipelines for instruments and meters in the analysis cabin according to design drawing requirements.

•

Weld laid pipes (diameter 50mm to 80mm, wall thickness 6–10mm) according to design specifications.

•

Clean welded products and conduct flaw detection tests. Perform “mutual inspection and self-inspection” to ensure product quality and pass rate.

•

Drill holes in equipment as required by drawings and weld the sheath.

•

Complete documentation and organization of welding data according to process requirements.

•

Responsible for daily maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of welding equipment; capable of simple repairs.

•

Be familiar with argon arc welding processes and capable of making process improvements.

•

Strictly follow all company and team regulations; perform 5S cleaning to maintain a clean working environment.

•

Properly wear all labor protection equipment and enhance self-safety awareness.

•

Use fire extinguishing devices correctly and regularly check their condition.

•

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Junior high school education or above; age 25–40; over 3 years of experience in gas-shielded and argon arc welding, capable of independent operation.

•

3+ years of experience in sheet metal and 316L stainless steel pipe welding.

•

Holds a special operation certificate for welding and thermal cutting.

•

ASME Welding Operation Certificate.

•

Familiar with welding standards; capable of reading pipeline drawings; proficient in cutting machines, threading machines, etc.

•

Able to conduct non‑destructive welding testing.
