Job Title: Factory Manager (Raw Material)

Location: Makkah, KSA

Job Description:

Oversees the entire raw material manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production operations, quality compliance, workforce management, and achievement of factory performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full raw material production cycle from planning to dispatch.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are met.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.

Monitor raw material inventory, consumption, and wastage control.

Improve production processes, optimize machine performance, and reduce downtime.

Lead and supervise production supervisors, operators, and support staff.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, and safety standards.

Prepare and present factory performance reports to management.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, KPI monitoring).

Maintain discipline, workflow, and operational efficiency across the factory.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

5+ years experience in raw material/chemical/industrial production.

Strong technical knowledge of raw material processes and machinery.

Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in quality control, production planning, and safety management.
