We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager (Jeddah) on a flexible, project-based commission model. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels in client acquisition and revenue growth, with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to target key industries.
Hunt for new business through networking, outreach, and your existing contacts.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation to deal closing.
Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical team on project scope and proposals.
Track and report sales performance and meet targets.
Who You Are:
Strong sales closer with proven results.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial.
Experience in B2B sales (automation, IT, software, or consulting preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities.
