• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in construction techniques and budget management
• Expertise in industry software (AutoCAD, ROBOBAT, Microsoft Project, Primavera)
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and equipment
• Technical English proficiency
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Hard Skills: Cost estimation and analysis, project management, financial acumen, risk analysis, and value engineering
