About Alphera Academy
Alphera Academy is Bahrain’s first elite Meta Learning school, built on the Alpha Learning System (ALS) — a nature-nurture educational model that blends British curriculum standards, Finnish pedagogy, and advanced experiential learning through Meta Labs, Wilderness Education, and holistic wellbeing systems.
Our aim is to build the world’s first Elite EDU Hub designed entirely around how children truly learn — with nature, agency, curiosity, wellbeing, and deep thinking at the centre of the learning experience.
To complement our academic and developmental approach, Alphera Academy is seeking a highly qualified Finnish educator to lead the integration of Finnish teaching methods and competencies within the Alphera model.
