Oversee and supervise all day-to-day nursery operations, ensuring efficient implementation of horticultural best practices.
Manage irrigation and fertigation systems, setting schedules to meet plant water and nutrient requirements efficiently.
Monitor health and quality of trees, palms, shrubs, and groundcovers, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and standards.
Plan and coordinate plant production, including propagation, growth cycles, acclimatization, and timely dispatch to project sites.
Maintain accurate nursery records, including stock lists, plant registers, and movement/inventory reports.
Coordinate closely with landscape and irrigation engineers, procurement, and suppliers to align nursery output with project BOQ and timelines.
Implement integrated pest management (IPM), safe chemical handling, and overall HSE practices within the nursery.
Lead, guide, and train nursery workers and irrigation staff to achieve high productivity and consistent plant quality.
