Facility Supervisor (Office & Camp Facilities)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Supervisor to manage and oversee daily operations of our office and camp facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all buildings, utilities, accommodations, and support services are safe, functional, clean, and compliant with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance and operations of office and camp facilities

Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and catering teams

Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Manage facility maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventive maintenance

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers

Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment

Handle staff accommodation allocation and camp occupancy reports

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies

Prepare facility-related reports and documentation

Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in facility or camp management

Knowledge of maintenance operations, housekeeping standards, and safety practices

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multicultural teams

Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems

Willingness to work in remote or camp environments

Iqama must be transferrable

Immediate joiners will be given priority
