Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Photographer with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to capture high-quality images across a variety of settings. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional photography experience if applying with a high school diploma, or at least 3 years of experience if holding a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The ideal candidate excels in composition, lighting, and post-processing, and can consistently produce visually compelling content that supports brand and project objectives.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photos for marketing campaigns, social media, client projects, events, and internal use.

Plan, prepare, and execute photoshoots, including concept development, lighting setup, and scene arrangement.

Edit and retouch photos to ensure a polished, professional final result aligned with brand standards.

Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring readiness and proper functionality.

Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and other team members to execute visual concepts.

Select, organize, and archive images systematically for easy retrieval and long-term storage.

Ensure consistency in visual style, color, and quality across all photographic content.

Scout locations, schedule shoots, and manage logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Stay updated on photography trends, techniques, equipment advancements, and editing tools.

Requirements

For candidates with a High school diploma, a +5 years in experience is a must.

For candidates with a bachelor degree, a +3 years in experience is a must.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in lighting, composition, editing, and diverse photography styles.

Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and studio setups.

Skilled in editing and retouching software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of color correction, image optimization, and digital asset management.

Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.

Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with studio photography, product photography, and outdoor shoots.

Knowledge of advanced lighting techniques and creative visual direction.

Familiarity with digital asset management systems and workflow best practices.
