التقدم الى Job Opening – Sr. Civil Engineer (Estimation) in Manama

We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with expertise in Estimation to contribute to both our pre-construction and execution phases of project.

We invite candidates with 3 to 5 years of proven, relevant experience to apply

Key Responsibilities

* Quantity Surveying: Performing accurate quantity take-offs from engineering drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

* Cost Management: Assisting in comprehensive cost estimation and efficiently collecting and comparing vendor quotations.

* Project Oversight & Coordination: Act as the primary interface for Client engineers, participating in meetings, handling communications, and leading discussions to promptly resolve any technical or scope discrepancies related to site works and construction methodology.

* Internal Coordination: Maintain constant, effective communication and coordination with the Project Team, Site Supervisors & Foreman’s ensuring all construction activities align with project plans and providing necessary technical guidance.

* Financial Administration: Assist in preparing monthly project invoices and diligently conduct follow-up to ensure timely payment collection.

Education: B.E Civil

Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Construction field.

Technical Skills: Basic but solid knowledge of engineering drawings, BOQs, and site construction workflows.

Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent teamwork abilities.
