Key Responsibilities

– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve cargo sales targets.

– Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.

– Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with customers.

– Provide accurate quotations and follow up to secure bookings.

– Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo handling.

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

– Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
