Job description:
– Job Announcement: Customer Service and Call Center Representative (Saudi Nationality)
– We are looking for a skilled and experienced “Telesales and Customer Service Representative” to join our team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
– Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
– Promote and sell products/services over the phone to potential and existing customers
– Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
– Achieve and exceed set sales targets
– Resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and effectively
– Maintain customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with them
– Document customer interactions and update records in the system
– Follow up on sales opportunities and leads to close deals
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Saudi nationality (female)
- University degree holder
- Proficiency in Arabic (native speaker level) with excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
- At least 2 years of experience in call centers, customer service, or telesales
- Proficiency in Arabic (native language level), with preference for English proficiency
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Proficiency in using computers and call center programs
- Positive personality, self-motivation and customer service focus
