Only Aramco-approved QA/QC Coating Inspector with CBT

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities, including internal and external field joint coating using robotic or semi-automatic systems.

Prepare quality documentation and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary, coordinating with the Quality Control Supervisor.

Maintain daily inspection logs and reports, ensuring all documentation, certifications, and plans are reviewed, approved, and properly archived.

Oversee storage, handling, and certification of consumable materials.

Perform qualifications for coating processes and ensure adherence to project-specific procedures.

Verify coating materials, surface preparation, and coating applications through inspections, tests, and interventions per ITPs, SATIP/SATR/SAIC, and other relevant quality programs.

Review and approve inspection videos (pre-inspection, field joint, final inspection) for assigned projects.

Execute non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, including visual checks, anchor profile measurements, holiday tests, dust tests, cure tests, and DFT assessments.

Carry out destructive testing such as adhesion, penetration, impact, DSC sampling, hardness, and hot-soak adhesion tests for industrial and pipeline coating systems.
