• Receive customers in a timely and enthusiastic manner, practice the “one-to-one” service principle, provide full & lifelong service to the customer group under responsibility, satisfy all service needs of customers in their daily car use, and offer professional consultation.
• Contact in time the customers received and patiently answer their questions.
• Perform business operations in strict accordance with this service process.
• Strictly follow the claim policy of MG in dealing with claims.
• Undertake the return visits to the customer group one deals with.
• Proactively establish relationships with the customers out of touch.
• Observe the customer’s satisfaction rate (complaint degree and attitude of answering follow-up phone call).
• Observe the special situations (in customer classification and vehicle classification) on the market.
• Observe the preferential services (for maintenance and repair) provided by competitors on maintenance items.
