System Operator Principal accountabilities:
– Assist the users to troubleshoot in case of any abnormality or hardware failure.
– Maintain terminal, printer, paper and computer related supply inventory and their
configurations.
– Maintain the tapes library for all the production jobs etc.
– Co-ordinate with Operation Supervisor for his queries etc. and keep him updated about the
operational problems.
– Monitor the communication lines and co-ordinate with PTT and remote locations.
– Prepare the reliability report for I.T. Operations, H.O.
– Soldering and preparation of twinaxial cable and installation.
– Co-ordinate with Maintenance Contractual Technicians for the repair of hardware and PTT.
– Optimize server performance by conducting routine health checks
– Develop and maintain backup policies
– Install relevant patches and upgrades provided by vendors on servers hardware and software
متطلبات الوظيفة

• Graduation with excellent grades, preferably in Science.
• At least one year working experience on computers.
