Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Manage procurement, quotations, and vendor pricing.
Prepare cost comparisons, variations, and progress billings.
Support project team with budget monitoring and commercial documentation.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Interior designing or related field
Minimum 2–5 years experience as QS in Interior Fit-Out.
Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and finishing works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch-up, Excel, and QS software.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
GCC experience is preferred with bahrain driving license.
Candidates with visit visa or out of bahrain won’t be considered.
